When we discuss "how to meet women" and "men and relationships", the first communication with a girl is an area I often receive questions on. In particular, what do you do if you have a great initial encounter with a person you are fascinated by only to learn that she is already relating to another person? Should you just begin each chat with "Are you seeing someone?"
In my opinion, I never ask a girl about her dating state. It reveals a lack of total confidence to do so. However, I study signals and flirt somewhat to see how they react. Also just because a person is "seeing" someone doesn't imply they are in a devoted love and aren't interested in interacting with you.
Notice the signals that a woman shows you in a conversation. Is she really being respectful conversing with you or is she actually interested? If she is in another love relationship she will possibly talk to you but won't try to create any subsequent involvement with you (see you a second time). She might be a bit aloof and get even more so when you try to flirt.
If a woman is specifically interested in you she will flirt back and give you some clues that she wishes to see you once again. She will indicate doing something or meeting or conversing or getting together. She will make a point of how she basically loved talking to you, at which stage, you could suggest that you should talk again or some more and ask for her mobile number.
If you are very observant you can understand very quickly if a female is flirting with you or if she is just being polite. Now if she is keen on you, and you show confidence enough to not ask if she is seeing somebody else, you will usually score a few points with her.
